Chef: Alexander Obel
German by origin Alex has 25 yrs hospitality experience in Central Europe (Italy/Austria/ Switzerland), New Zealand & Australia . He has worked in fine dining a la carte restaurants, traditional Bavarian Beer gardens, Ski Lodges and loads of large and small group functions.
Both a chef and a qualified pastry chef Alex was owner/operator of his own multi award winning restaurant/wine bar in New Zealand for 12 years.
